Rental Referral Criteria:
• The new resident being referred cannot have been a resident at a Pledge PM property in the past 12 months.
• The referring resident must be in good standing; at a minimum, that means no past due rent and no lease violations in the past 12 months.
• The new resident must qualify by the same standards as all new residents. Pledge Property Management must be notified of the referral before the new resident moves in. Rent and availability are subject to change without notice.
• The referring party must be mentioned when leasing and listed on the application as the referral source.
• Must be a current resident at the time of referral's move-in to receive rent credit.
• Not valid on lease renewals or roommate transfers.
•Rent and availability are subject to change without notice.
• You will earn a rent credit of $350 after the new resident's 2nd month.
